Return & Refund Policy

We take utmost care in preparing, packing, and delivering your orders. However, if something isn’t right, our return and refund policy ensures a fair and transparent resolution.


1. General Policy

  • We accept returns or refunds only when:
  • The item received is incorrect, damaged, spoiled, or leaking.
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


Please share photos of the item and package when you contact us — this helps us resolve the issue faster.


2. Category-Wise Return Rules


Vegetables & Fresh Produce

  • Non-returnable once accepted, unless damaged or spoiled at delivery.
  • Issues must be reported within 12 hours of receiving your order.


Food Grains, Pulses & Oil Seeds

  • Returns accepted if infested, expired, or incorrect product is received.
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Must remain unopened and untampered.


Cooking Oils & Ghee

  • Returns allowed only if leaking, damaged, or wrong item is sent.
  • The seal must be intact and product unused.


Pickles, Chutneys & Masalas

  • These are homemade perishable items.
  • Returns accepted only if damaged, leaking, or wrong product received.
  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Refund Policy

  • You are eligible for a refund if:
  • The item is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
  • Your return is approved after verification.
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch.


Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details for refund transfer.


4. Replacement Policy

  • We’ll replace eligible items at no extra cost if:
  • The product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • The replacement item is in stock.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once your order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid order cancellations before dispatch receive a full refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Fresh vegetables and fruits (unless spoiled at delivery).
  • Opened or used food items.


Discounted, clearance, or custom orders.
